So far everything it has been a great year, very friendly people, they very helpful to make sure you feel comfortable with your surroundings and staff members. Always finding a better way to schedule your appointments with them, especially when something comes up and you need to make it arrangements for another time. They are very helpful on that. I’ve been going to Dr.Kleist for several years and truly can’t say enough good things about him and his team. I recently had extensive veneer treatment done, which took several hours, and he was amazing throughout the entire process. He does beautiful, meticulous work and truly takes pride in what he does. He’s also incredibly kind and funny, which makes long appointments so much easier. I also want to give a special thank you to Dacia, who assisted that day. She was so kind, caring, and gentle throughout the procedure. She checked on me often and made sure I was comfortable, which meant so much during such a long visit. The results are amazing, and I’m so grateful to have a dentist I trust completely. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.KH

Professional Dentist (Dr. Bickle) with a great personality. Excellent staff too. WHAT I REALLY LOVE is they dont try and sell you beyond what you came in for. They are friendly informative and helpful.

I had a great experience as a new patient at Midtown dental office! The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The office was clean and had beautiful views of the river. I really appreciated Dr. Kleist taking the time to explain everything. Highly recommend!

I recently had to have a root extracted. I hardly felt the shots! I really appreciated that. Dr Bickel worked very hard for a long time because that root did not want to come out! He and the staff were efficient, considerate and answered my questions. I would not hesitate to go back to Dr. Bickel.

Midtown Dental has been by far the best dental office I’ve been and that’s a lot to say. I’ve been to a few others in my lifetime. They made me feel comfortable the whole time and every appt this far. Everyone is friendly from the receptionist to the Dr. I am have high anxiety when it comes to dentists and I cannot recommend them enough! Dr.Bickel and his hygienist treated me like I was the most important patient as I had a tooth extracted and bone grafting done. Excellent customer service 🙌

I have been going to Dr. Kleist for over 10 years, and I truly cannot say enough good things about him and his team. He is one of the kindest, most caring dentists I’ve ever met and always makes you feel comfortable and well taken care of. He recently completed my dental implant and crown, and the entire process went so smoothly. The crown fit perfectly on the very first try, no adjustments, no tweaks, nothing. You can tell he takes pride in doing quality work and paying attention to every detail. I trust him completely and would recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent dentist.
